Maxwell Lawten, the deaths of John Boswell and Martin Caprow due to AIDS related complications, progress in the development of an AIDS vaccine, the success of a gay couple in maintaining their custody of a foster child, a Florida court’s reversal of an adoption upon disclosure of the adoptive parent’s HIV-positive status, and the release of a report on anti-gay homicides. “Bricks and Bottles” from Tom Wilson Weinberg’s musical Ten Percent Revue and “When We Were Friends” by Ted Fox play. Wylen reflects on the development of his drag persona, Vivian Louise. “Wildflower” by Skylark and “Pray For Rain” by Tom McCormack play.
